How We Plan To Accomplish This…

A home sold by Affordable Housing US

Affordable Housing US plans to accomplish this by raising funds through donations, grants and gift housing. We will also acquire bank owned houses at discounted prices and acquire gift houses from banks and other sources as well. We will also acquire houses from HUD at discounts as a non profit. The houses will then be sold to investors who will make the necessary repairs and sell or rent to low income families. We will also sell and/or rent directly to low income families. We also plan to offer down payment and closing cost assistance, rent subsidies, repair and maintenance funding and education to low income families and participating investors serving low income families.

We plan to enlist the help of experienced Realtors, investors, staff and volunteers to acquire properties, sell properties, rent properties and administer funding and subsidies as needed to carry out the mission statement of the organization. We also plan to create strategic alliances with professional organizations, businesses (both for profit and not for profit) and individuals to help us carry out the mission of the organization.
